Author Biography
Dr. Eva Garland holds a B.A. in Chemistry from Columbia University and a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Caltech. As Vice President of Research & Development of an early stage biotechnology company, she successfully secured SBIR and STTR awards that funded over $4.5 million of research during a five year period. She currently consults for small businesses seeking SBIR/STTR funding to support development of their innovative technolgies.
