Archbishop Alan R. Kemp is the founder and first Presiding Bishop of the Ascension Alliance, a religious community, church, and umbrella organization. A professor of sociology, trained in clinical social work, and having earned a Doctor of Ministry degree from St. Andrew's College, he is a educator, priest, and writer.
