As the emerging trend in therapeutics of cancer refocus on immunotherapy, it is one of the most effective measure to reduce the current rate of mortality and morbidity rate. Immunotherapy has been still at a progressive note for complete recovery of tumor and its recurrence. T cell based immunotherapy has been recognised for its role in curbing the tumor progression rate. Although, the role of B cells is still at controversy. Exploring both the antitumorogenic and protumorogenic responses in a tumor microenvironment emphasis this fact to reconsider the role of B lymphocyte.
