The book deals with those clinicaly imprtant enzymes specifically alkaline phosphatase and their isoenzymes in Breast cancer.Total serum alkaline phosphatase ALP was measured in breast cancer patients, such as axillary metastates and liver metastases, and the results showed that total serum Alp was especially increased . ALP was purified from sera of patiemts with breast cancer by gel filtration and high molecular weight alkaline phosphatase isoenzymes (HALP) was isolated .
