Black Tie and Vanilla Pie - Paperback

by Rachel Beattie (Author)

A wedding in Westhaven - or just outside it. My father's day is here at last, and I'm too concerned with his happiness to care that someone else is taking credit for planning the celebration...

A countryside cottage is an ideal venue for a small wedding, but the secrets surrounding the place make Veronica Swan's suspicions spike. Throw in a meticulous - and moody - wedding planner, a disappearing bridesmaid, and a family crisis or two, and it will take all of Veronica's skills to keep things on track.

When a body is discovered, the celebration is overshadowed by a murder investigation, and the small party of friends and family members all become key suspects. With a different sheriff in charge, and none of her usual small-town support, it's up to Veronica to uncover the truth before the killer strikes again.

A fun cozy mystery series
