Author Biography

Fred Harrison is Research Director of the Land Research Trust, best known for developing the 18-year property cycle and correctly predicting the crashes of 1990 and 2008. A graduate of Oxford and the University of London, he has advised governments and international organisations on fiscal reform and land value taxation for over four decades.
