Author Biography
Lew-Ellyn Hughes is an award-winning newspaper columnist and author. In 2001, Lew-Ellyn left her job as a nurse in Bangor and opened a bed-and-breakfast in Stratton. She spent many years chronicling her experiences of running the inn and opening a bakery, and her work has appeared in The Original Irregular, Maine Seniors Magazine, Maine Women Magazine, and The Moosehead Lakeshore Journal. She currently lives in Greenville.
