Author Biography

Licia Flynn grew up attending international schools and obtained a Juris Doctor from a law school in Silicon Valley. Her undergrad focus was political theory and military history. On her maternal side, Licia is descended from Irish immigrants who arrived at the Port of New Orleans in the 1800s. Licia's paternal grandparents were educated merchants who fled China in the 1940s.
