Author Biography

Illustrator: Charlotte Pepper grew up in sunny Staffordshire, always drawing, painting, and collaging - often at the expense of clean carpets! She studied Surface Pattern Design at Staffordshire University, and has worked in the greetings card industry for 17 years. While she still enjoys getting messy with paint, she now mostly works in Photoshop, aiming for a natural, hand-drawn feel. Inspired by nature and her imagination, she loves texture, layering, strong lines, and a touch of the wonderfully weird.
