Author Biography

Kim Ho-yeon is a South Korean writer born in Seoul in 1974, known for his work as a novelist, playwright, and comic scriptwriter. He began his career in the world of writing by working on scripts and manhwas (Korean comics), which provided him with a solid narrative foundation before he turned to writing novels. His work is characterized by deeply human stories focused on everyday characters, empathy, second chances, and human connections--qualities that have earned him wide recognition both in South Korea and internationally.
