Author Biography

José Errol Feria received his degree in Engineering from the University of Santo Tomas, Manila, Philippines. He then joined the US Navy and served during the Gulf War in 1990. After his discharge he moved to San Francisco and worked for corporate America as a field engineer supporting multi-million dollar accounts. The 2000 dot-com downturn steered him to study massage therapy and health education; soon after he starte his private massage practice. He is now in graduate school focusing on somatic psychology, and in his free time he paints with sumi ink showcasing his modern expressionist artwork. His background, extensive experiences, studies, and creativity are revealed in his first self-help book on health and mindfulness.
