A petite woman who weighed in at less than 110 pounds, she was last seen on September 16th, 1987. Her hard hat, tool box, bottle of water, and sunglasses were all found near her abandoned truck. The vehicle door was left open and her purse remained inside.
Dirt and the gravel near the truck showed that a struggle had taken place. Julie had tried to find off her attacker or attackers. Now over thirty years later, she has never been seen since.
