I survived many of my dark times by learning to wear masks until those masks began to suffocate me, literally and figuratively. The Masked Sequoia is an epic quest to learn, not only, to love and trust others but, more importantly, myself. We will dive into heavy topics like body dysmorphia, childhood neglect and abuse, rape, domestic violence, grief and loss. However because of who I was created to be we will also dig into faith, joy, courage, resiliency and mindfulness. Join me, my Masked Sequoia and lets discover who She really is.
