Nora Reardon and her Turkish agent, Muharrem El Habashy, travel Turkey's rock-strewn rural roads to purchase rugs. Not just any rugs. Author Biography

Fran Marian is a former journalist and public relations director. The Rug Broker, her first novel, was sparked by travel in Turkey, a fascination with Oriental rugs and the fun of throwing problems at a strong woman. Fran lives in Tucson, Arizona. She and her husband John have two sons and five grandchildren.
